Sponge covered with PVC.

Frame

All frames are constructed from galvanized steel post with a 114 mm diameter and 3.0 mm thickness of the posts. The posts are covered with soft padding by plastic zip.

Net

The protect net is made of nylon. The net for the rope area is made of wire rope for shipping and fishery with a diameter of 16 mm and steel wire inside.

Deck, Step platform, Stair

All these parts are made of wood, sponge, PVC. We use strong and solid wood, covered with sponge which makes the parts soft. The outside surface are covered by PVC leather with different colors, it’s attractive and easy to clean. The total thickness of the deck is 6.5 cm.

Hardware

Used for assembly shall be 304 stainless steel and galvanized, zinc coating 0.2 mm thickness.

Plastic Component

Rotational molding from Linear Low-Density Polyethy -lene (LLDPE), with color molded in. The Aluminum mold makes the plastic parts more durable, smoother than the one made of steel. The thickness of the plastic is about 6 mm
